Mitzi Mendoza-President

Hi everybody!!!
My name is Mitzi.  I am a cabinet member of the AMP Math club. 
My major is Biology.
I consider myself an outgoing person. I love to get to know people and to have fun on the fundraisers.  I like to involve with the members and my goal is to make them feel comfortable in the club.
What I liked from the math club is that you really get to have fun with math and if you join in you know what I mean!!!
I want to transfer to UCLA

My hobby is to play basketball.
I love Mexican food (tacos)

Omar Moreno-President

    My name is Omar Moreno. I'm the president of the AMP Math Club and its my second semester involved in the club. During the fall semester of 2004, I was the vice president. My major is engineering and I want to transfer to Cal State Northridge where I could get a bachelors degree or PhD; Its a long way but worth traveling.

    I've learned a lot of things from a lot of people that are involved in the club and I have made a lot of good friends, most of whom have the same interests as I do or that enjoy math like me.

 This is my second time being in this club and I have really learned many things from it. My major is psychology and I'm also working towards getting a teaching certificate as well. I want to combine both fields and get a job where I can work with kids. I plan to transfer soon and attend Cal State L.A.

    My name is Juan Pablo, I'm an international student from Chile and my major is computer engineering. I'm one of the IOC representatives for the AMP math club, and my task is to inform every report from the IOC meetings to the club; at the same time I'm a link with the other clubs on campus. I'm encouraged all of you to join the AMP Math club because you will meet new friends, you will fun and you will learn math!
