Steven L. Ferguson

Short Bio:
Steven Ferguson was born and raised
in the City of Burbank. Volunteering in the community
since the age of eleven, Steven has served as a member
of the Burbank Youth Board and Mayor’s Youth Task Force.
In 2007, he became the youngest person ever to serve on
a policy-making board or commission, in the City of
Burbank, when he was appointed by the Burbank City
Council to the Park, Recreation and Community Services
Board.
Steven started attending Glendale Community College in
the Fall of 2007 and became actively involved in the
Associated Students where he served as Senator of Campus
Relations and a Senator of Administration, before being
elected for AS President.

Short Bio:
Anna Nersisyan was born on January 4th, 1988. She is a
Business Administration major, hoping to go to Business
Law after earning her masters degree. She loves being
part of ASGCC and proud to serve the student body,
hoping to make a difference in student’s lives. Anna
believes that life is beautiful with many things to
offer to ones who are willing to face all the challenges
on the journey to success.

Short Bio:
Ovsanna
Khachikian was born in Yerevan, Armenia on December 12, 1988. In
2007, she graduated from Clark Magnet High School. Since then,
she has been an active student at GCC taking part in as many on
campus activities as her schedule permits. She hopes to transfer
by fall 2009 as a international business major.

Cecilia Aksu,
AKA CECE, was born in Long Beach and moved to Glendale at the
age of 14. Since High School she was interested in
communications, and is planning to transfer to USC as a
Communications major. Cece plans on opening her own Public Relations
Firm. Some of her hobbies are playing Volleyball, soccer, and
dancing.

Rober Terziyan was born in Burbank, California. He started GCC
during Fall of 2007 and has been part of ASGCC since. His major
is Economics and he plans to transfer to a UC after this year.
His favorite hobbies are playing basketball and snowboarding.

Lilya Avagyan

Short Bio:
Lilya
Avagyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1988 march 14. In 2004
she graduated from Nar-Dos High School in Yerevan and got
accepted to Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University as a
Medical-Biology major. Lilya started attending GCC in 2007,
majoring in Biology; she wants to transfer in 2009 to a UC. She
plans to become a doctor. Some of Lilya’s favorite hobbies are
singing and dancing.
