Mr.
Victor King, the University Legal Counsel for California
State University, Los Angeles, was first elected to the Board in 1997.
He is a former Glendale College student and a graduate of Glendale High
School. He went on to the University of Chicago for his B.A. and M.A.
and obtained his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
Previously, he was a partner at the downtown Los Angeles law firm of
Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.
