We hear that...


Martin Mondrus reports that "Overpass at Venice Blvd," which he painted in 1946 and sold for $40, just sold at auction in Pasadena for $14,000. Martin's father and sister posed for two of the figures in the painting. 

GCC CSEA Chapter 76 ratified the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the District on Nov. 17.

Congratulations on a Successful 35 Years at GCC
The Adult Re-Entry Program is the longest-running College Services program at GCC and is a model program in the state. Its major goal is to provide the opportunity to expand and increase personal, academic, and vocational self-fulfillment in an educational environment which is both flexible and accessible to the adult student. Many of GCC's faculty and staff members are products of the program.  

The Vaqueros cross country team completed an outstanding season with several top performances at the state championships in Fresno. The women's team finished fifth and the men's team placed sixth.
