The classified winner for 2003 was Barbara Artukovich. Barbara has
worked for the District since August of 1999 and currently serves as the
Nursing Program Specialist. Barbara was nominated by four different
individuals and was praised for always having a positive attitude, going
beyond the call of duty, reaching out to and educating students, and
being an advocate for the Nursing program.
The management/confidential winner for 2003 was Guido Girardi. Guido has
worked for the District since April of 1993 and currently serves as the
Performing Arts Production Manager. Guido is truly dedicated to the
college, putting in far more than his required hours and making sure
every project he is involved with exceeds expectations. He is a
professional in every sense of the word and someone who lives by the
motto “the show must go on.”
