TIPS FROM THE HELPDESK

You can use keyboard shortcuts to do the following commands under Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP.

These shortcuts all make use of the so-called “windows” key.  There are two of them, both on the bottom row of the keyboard next to the ALT keys. They usually have a picture of the Windows logo (˙) on them.

Tapping the windows key by itself will open the Start Menu. The other shortcuts involve holding down the windows key and then pressing another key on the keyboard.
