Classified Council has been busy planning the year for you!

             In October, Dr. Wendy Fonarow rang in the spirit of Halloween by presenting the Origins of Halloween to classified staff and faculty. Delighted winners of our pumpkin carving contest were Jenny McMahon (1st prize winner), Arturo Yepez (2nd prize), and Laura Miller (3rd prize). Congratulations to Hasmik Sarkissian and Marilyn Mayne on their 50/50 raffle winnings.

Thank you all who participated in our Tupperware fundraiser. The drive brought in over $1200 in sales. Forty percent of this proceeds will benefit our student scholarship.

In November, Classified Council is proud to present FAKES, a very interesting presentation by Leonard De Grassi. Also, look for information for our upcoming winter holidays fundraiser starting in November through December 1st.

Please save Thursday, December 9th on your calendar, as you are invited to our annual holiday party. Classified Council members receive a special rate. It’s not too late to join Classified Council!
