Greetings, dear campus community. I would like
to welcome you all back to yet another eventful
year here at Glendale College. Classified
Institute Day will be observed on Wednesday,
August 26, and both the CSEA and Classified
Council are partnering to bring you a formidable
event. Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to the newly elected board of Classified Council: President Henan Joof; Vice President Jenny McMahon; Secretary Merrilee Ahaus; Treasurer Patricia Chamroonrat; and Members-at-large Leticia Estrada, Heather Glenn, Wendy Grove, Olga Tovar, and Nancy Traynor. Besides Classified Institute Day, a few events that you’ll notice us participating in are the See’s Candy drive, Classified Week, the Annual Retirement/Recognition Event and the Classified Holiday Party. Stay tuned for our lecture series this semester, as we are working hard to bring you a variety of topics and interests. If I am not a familiar face to you on campus, please feel free to stop by SM 266 and introduce yourself.
