CSE Instructor: Chandrika David
Expert Indian chef Chandrika David is no stranger to the wide world of cuisine. With over 30 years of experience creating and demonstrating a wide range of dishes that celebrate a myriad of cultures, she certainly knows her stuff. A native of India, Chandrika has been teaching the country's cooking, traditions and culture for many years. Her teaching experience includes classes at Santa Clarita Community College, and three different locations of Sur La Table in Southern California.
