CSE Instructor: Jill Kiefer
Jill Kiefer, PhD, has been designing, coordinating and leading programs in Fine Arts and Art History for over twenty-five years—in university, institutional and community environments. Jill has developed numerous tours, workshops, and study-abroad programs—and has designed and implemented comprehensive academic programs in Fine Arts, Cultural Art History, the Humanities and Film Studies. Her scholarly focus is on art history and interdisciplinary methodologies and she has authored numerous presentations for students and faculty alike. Jill’s expertise in Fine Arts includes painting, sculpture, manuscript illumination and mixed media. Her work is held in private collections in the USA and Europe. Jill is the Founder and Director of Port-of-Arts, Ltd. (www.port-of-arts.com). She teaches for Mount Saint Mary’s College, Pasadena City College, Glendale College, Los Angeles Valley College, Warnborough College Ireland, and the Palos Verdes Art Center. Jill also develops and leads special programs in art for public school districts in Southern California.
