William L. Mansfield
Licensed broker and appraiser William Mansfield has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. An adjunct faculty instructor at Mira Costa College and Riverside Community College, Mr. Mansfield teaches a wide range of business and finance courses as well as the full series of real estate mandated courses. He's taught business and investment seminars for over 20 years through community colleges, the Learning Annex, and the California Association of Realtors, and personally created much of the material presented. He established and operated a private vocational school for real estate appraisal from 1999-2005. He is the author of the college textbook, "California Real Estate Practice", published by Prentice-Hall, 1994. He earned his MBA in Financial Management and is Past President of Kiwanis Club of San Dieguito, and Past State Director, Jaycees.
