Charlie Williams (California Contractors License #377276) is licensed in four trades: B-1 General Contractor, C-27 Landscape Contractor, C-13 Fence Contractor, & C-61/D49 Tree Contractor. He earned his degree at UCLA, and holds an Instructor's Certificate in Private Post -Secondary and Vocational Education from California Department of Consumer Affairs. He has over 30 years of experience in the contracting business. As a first responder for more than 25 years, his clients include the City of Los Angeles, the State of California, and other public and private agencies. He has taught Contract & Employment Law, Construction Trades, Health & Safety, Site Inspections, and is experienced in Government Sector Projects at the Federal, State and Local levels.
