Swap Meet Dealer Information
The Glendale Community College Swap Meet is held the third Sunday of every month. Located at the college's upper parking lot, the Swap Meet is easily accessible from the Glendale 2 Freeway by exiting at Mountain Street. Admission is free to the public and there is ample parking throughout the area. Operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Gates open for vendors and dealers at 6:00 a.m. You may rent a space the size of three parking stalls for the price of $50 on Sunday (Pre-register and pay only $40!). You must park your vehicle in your space.
Vendor Registration
To reserve a space: write, fax, call, or email us and we will send you a packet of forms that you must then fill out and return to us. These forms are "special events certification" form BT-410-D, and the GCC Swap Meet 1/2 sheet data form. Drive or mail your forms to:

notice, parking permit, and a diagram of the vending area one week before

Pre-registration: (Save $10) To reserve a space, it MUST be paid by 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the weekend of the Swap Meet. In the event that you are unable to attend on Sunday, you must notify the swap meet management at (818) 240-1000, ext. 5805 the Thursday before the Swap Meet by 1:00 p.m.. No Refunds will be given.
Registration at the Door: Same day registrations are taken on a space available basis. Spaces not occupied by 7:30 a.m. will be sold on a first come, first served basis in addition to spaces that are not reserved prior to the Swap Meet show.
Swap Meet Policies
Gates open at 6:00 a.m. for vendors. All vendors must be in their spaces by 7:30 a.m. Spaces not occupied at 7:30 a.m. will be resold and NO REFUNDS will be given for resold spaces. No vehicles are allowed to enter or exit the swap meet vending area between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Gates will re-open at 2:00 p.m. and all spaces must be cleaned and vacated by 4:00 p.m.. Spaces are Non-Transferable and may NOT be sold, shared or transferred. The Swap Meet management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or the purchase of a space to any party at any time.
Relocation: The swap meet management reserves the right to relocate vendors to alternate spaces when deemed necessary.
Refund / Credit Policy: There are NO REFUNDS. A credit will be issued only if advance notification of your absence is given before 1:00 p.m. the Thursday before the swap meet.
Rental Space: Spaces include three parking stalls. You may not set up in any island area or past the end of the parking line marking your space. All vehicles must be parked in MARKED spaces, no vehicles are to be parked in an aisle, along a red curb, or on the access roads. Vehicles not parked in their marked spaces are subject to citation and towing by Campus Police.
Permits: If you are an "occasional seller" you are not required to hold a seller's permit. Occasional sellers typically include persons who have cleared out their garages of their own used items and sell only those items. If you are selling crafts, merchandise, or other wares, you are not considered an "occasional seller." If you are not considered an occasional seller, you are required to hold a seller's permit before you can sell at this event. A seller's permit can be obtained at any local State of California Board of Equalization office at no cost to you. The telephone number of the City of Industry Office is (310) 908-5280, ext. 5149.
Electricity: There is NO electricity available in the Swap Meet vending area. You may bring your own generator, if you have need of electricity at your area.
Help: A representative of the college and a uniformed security guard are on-duty throughout the day. All guards possess full powers of arrest. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance.
