Where Gifts Go
Today, Glendale College is helping 26,000 students meet their
educational goals by providing the first two years of college, A.A. and
A.S. degrees, career training, certificates in vocational areas, skill
upgrade and employee retraining programs and lifelong learning for all
segments of the community.
The Glendale College Foundation plays an important role in that
process. Last year, the Foundation contributed more than $230,000 to
Glendale College, over half of which went to scholarships for deserving
students. In addition, the Foundation has funded upgrades to athletic
facilities, purchased furniture and multi-media equipment for classrooms
and supported a number of campus programs and departments.
