Arch 130 - COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN I - 3 Units

Architecture 130 is a study of the concepts of basic commercial building construction. Emphasis is placed on the basic planning and design of a small commercial building of concrete block construction. Current construction techniques, and applicable building codes are covered. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 4 hours.

  • Prerequisite: Art 130 and Architecture 125.
  • Note: This course may not be taken for credit by students who have completed Architecture 110.
  • Transfer credit: CSU

This class is typically offered on Saturdays from morning to late afternoons during the Fall and Spring Semesters.
