GREEN LIST: NON-GOVERNANCE COMMITTTEES

Committees not governed by the Governance Document (Administrative Regulation 2511).

In addition to governance committees, there are other committees which are identified on the Green List. These committees are defined as:

Non-governance committees which are "substantial and on-going". These may include ad-hoc committees or task forces.
Non-governance committees may provide an informational report or make recommedations to a governance committee.
Because these committees tend to have more specialized purposes (such as the Employee Wellness & Benefit committee which is ancillary to the negotiations process or the Core Competencies task force which is a Senate committee) or specialized membership, they do not fall into the more standardized pattern of Blue List governance committees.

The list below is a sampling of non-governance committees,
