Blackboard/WebCT Access - Student HelpDesk

Blackboard/WebCT is an online classroom management tool used for both online and on-campus classes at GCC. This tool is used by instructors for posting curriculum material, such as syllabi, as an interface for the classroom, and as a communication tool between instructors and their students. The library does not provide any technical support for this tool.

Students are encouraged to attend one of the Blackboard/WebCT orientation sessions or visit the Student HelpDesk for quick information. Students may also contact the Student HelpDesk by voice mail or email for help.
