The GED, or General Education Development Test, gives you the opportunity to earn a high school equivalency certificate and may reduce the number of elective courses required for a high school diploma.

The GED consists of five separate tests: Writing Skills, Social Studies, Science, Interpreting Art &Literature, and Mathematics. The full GED Test is given monthly. For test dates and registration information please call (818) 243 3184.

Preparation courses are offered in the Developmental Skills Lab. To enroll in a GED Preparation class, please see enrollment information above.

The Developmental Skills Lab is located in Room 116 of the Garfield Campus building at 1122 E. Garfield, Glendale, CA 91205.
