Login Help

1. Determine which system you need to login to.
Currently, GCC is in a transition between two course management systems: WebCT 4.1 and Blackboard/WebCT CE6 (Blackboard recently acquired WebCT).  Your instructor will be using one system or the other, so you need to decide which one is correct for you.  Click on the links to the lists of courses for each system to find your course and login to the correct system.

2. What are my username and password?
Your username is your 7-digit GCC student ID number (ex: 1234567).  Your password is your 6-digit date of birth.  If your birthday is February 5th, 1985, your password would be 020585.  In the Blackboard/WebCT system, you will be required to change your password the first time you login.

3. What now?
If you are using WebCT 4.1, you can access several links to help by clicking on the Student Center tab above and looking to find the WebCT help links on the left.
