FAQ:

I've never used WebCT before.  How should I start?

The first thing you want to do is go to one of the many on campus orientation sessions.  It only takes less than an hour and we'll make sure you can log in and feel comfortable using WebCT.

How do I login to WebCT?

To login to WebCT, just click login button on the GCC Technology Center Homepage.  You will need to put in our username and password.  Your username is your 7-digit student ID number and your password is your date of birth (mm/dd/yy).  For example. a student whose ID number is 1234567 and was born on January 8, 1970 login would be:

Login: 1234567

Password: 010870

I forgot my password.  What should I do?

Call the WebCT Students HelpDesk at 818.240.1000 x3457 (e-h-l-p) or email ehlp@glendale.edu and we will quickly reset your password for you.

I know my username and password, but I can't seem to get into WebCT.  Why?

Most likely it is a browser issue.  Be sure to click on the "Check Browser"  at the top of the Login or the "My GCC Online" page.
