Session I: 9 am – 12 pm

Faculty and staff will learn how to enter student learning outcomes into the elumen software system. Please bring the SLO Alignment Grid for your discipline or service so that you will have the correct data to input. Those who will be attending this workshop will be given the role of “Data Steward”. Each discipline and service will have a “Data Steward” who will have access to entering and revising the SLO’s, assessments, and linkages. This means NO MORE WORKSHEETS and FORMS to fill out and submit. We are now ONLINE.

Session II: 1 pm – 4 pm

Faculty and staff will run a student assessment using elumen. Please bring one or more examples of a student activity to assess. You may also bring your assessment tool if you have one. Otherwise, you will be measuring your student activity with the core competency rubric.
