Examples:

• To Look up "John Doe", enter "john" or "Doe" in the text field.
  (The case of characters  is ignored.)
• "jo" will list all names (first names or last names) that contain "jo".
  (Partial names can be entered.)
• To list everyone with a phone number starting with 544, select the "Phone" category and type "544" in the text field.
• To search for a member of the "Math Department", select the "Dept" category and type "Math" in the text field.
