Mission
Statement
Our mission is to promote and ensure campus-wide safety for
all faculty, staff, students, and visitors of Glendale
College. The committee consults with the District Risk
Manager and other key campus departments on solutions
and suggestions to proactively address and remediate
campus safety issues. The committee is responsible for
drafting of policies and guidelines related to campus
safety, and presenting them to the Administrative
Affairs Committee for review and approval.
Activities:

Maintain and update the “Employee Health & Safety
Manual”

Maintain and update the “Emergency Procedures” chart
-
Review “Student Accident Reports,” “Police Activity
Reports,” and “Workers’ Comp Accident Reports”
