| INTRODUCTION The Help Desk is our most
important ITS program. The
goal is to provide customer service to all college personnel on computer
and traditional "A/V" equipment issues. Help Desk callers are able
to ask for phone support on networking, e-mail, hardware, and software
questions (including WebCT).
Troubleshooting and help from a computer technician is available to support both PC and
MAC platforms.
The Help Desk operates from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday (except for
Holidays). After hours or if the phone is temporarily not answered, you can leave a
voice message or send an email to (helpdesk@glendale.edu).
Your call will be answered in a timely manner. If there is an equipment failure
during a class, please call extension 5915.
