Leadership through Engagement, Advocacy, and Dialogue

L.E.A.D. is a one-semester leadership development program designed to expose students to leadership on an individual, team, organizational, and societal level. Students will develop personal leadership values and approaches through self-reflection, experiential learning, dynamic lectures, and service projects while being equipped with the skills, knowledge, and disposition needed to model and practice effective leadership. By participating in the L.E.A.D. program, students will gain competencies that are applicable to all aspects of their collegiate experience as well as the diverse professional world they will enter after college.

The L.E.A.D. program is open to all Glendale Community College students through an application and selection process.

Selected students must commit to the program for the entire semester.

Participants who miss more than one of the sessions will be dropped from the program.
