  • 18 Years teaching experience. Instructed students in Introductory, Advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Manual Drafting/Design courses.

  • Currently am the Department Chair of the Architectural Department at Glendale Community College. Responsible for development of new curriculum, class scheduling, purchasing of new equipment, textbook selection and maintenance of manual drafting & computer equipment.

  • Have taught various subjects such as: Metal Machining, Manufacturing, 7th & 8th Grade Math, Mechanical Blueprint Reading, Mechanical Drafting, and Architectural Drafting & Design.

  • Created, Developed, and Maintain Website for the Technology & Aviation Division, Glendale Community College.

Military Service

Served in the military for approximately 10 years, three of those years were on active duty. I served locally in Southern California while in the Army and Marine Corps Reserves as well as various places in the US and for a brief time in the Panama Canal Zone. Achieved the rank of Sergeant, E-5. Duties included: Redeye & Stinger Anti-Aircraft Gunner, Single Channel Radio Operator, and Radio Team Chief.
