MACHINE PRACTICE III

1-4 Units

Machine Technology 112 is designed to allow students or industrial workers to improve and update their machining skills. Techniques practiced are uses of lathe, mill, drill, grinder. Inspection strategies for the purpose of job advancement are presented. Laboratory 3-12 hours.

Prerequisite: Machine Technology 107.

Note: Hours to vary according to students’ needs; 48 hours laboratory equals one unit. This course may be taken 2 times; a maximum of 8 units may be earned.
