Culinary Arts 110 offers practical, scientific, and artistic
approaches to foods. Emphasis is on basic information relating to food groups.
Students gain experience in planning, purchasing, and procedures of food
preparation to meet individual situations. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 3 hours.
