ELEMENTS OF NUTRITION

Culinary Arts 125 presents an overview of the many aspects of nutrition including problems of today, the nutritive processes of the body and dietary planning. Functions, utilization, and recommended allowances of nutrients are emphasized. Consumer education is included. Lecture 3 hours.

 

Recommended preparation: Eligibility for English 120 or ESL 151.
