Engr 121 SOLID IMAGING TECHNOLOGY - 3 Units

 

Engineering 121 provides students with comprehensive and working knowledge of solid imaging applications and procedures with relationship to the engineering, manufacturing and design community. Fabrication of three-dimensional models from students’ computer aided designs will demonstrate various types of imaging software currently being used. Three-dimensional printing and fused deposition modeling techniques are features. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory/study 4 hours.

 

Prerequisite: Engineering 110 or Computer Aided Manufacturing 211, Art 231 or equivalent

 

Recommended preparation: English 120 or ESL 151, Engineering 120.
