RESCUE PRACTICES

Fire Technology 109 offers instruction in rescue practices, the human body, emergency care of victims, childbirth, artificial respiration, toxic gases, chemicals and diseases, radioactive hazards, rescue problems and techniques. Lecture 3 hours.

Prerequisite: Fire Technology 101 or equivalent.

Note: This course may be taken 2 times; a maximum of 6 units may be earned.
