  This web page contains information to help you learn how to transfer from GCC to one of the campuses of the University of California, California State University, a California independent college, or colleges and universities outside California.
  The Transfer Center sponsors a wide variety of activities and events to help you decide on a transfer destination and to help you get there. We offer onsite appointments with universities representatives, transfer workshops, campus tours and Transfer Fairs twice a year!

  If you want to learn about what classes to take at GCC to meet General Education and major requirements for many campuses, go to www.assist.org. However, it is very important that you meet with a counselor to discuss your educational and career plans, and design a Student Educational Plan (SEP) to meet your transfer goals.
