GLENDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
AEROSPACE ENGINEERING

Please note that since the preparation for the major is so extensive, most colleges and universities have modified general education patterns for engineering majors. In the last two years, most courses are in engineering, usually with a concentration in one branch. Concentrations typically at most schools include aerospace; chemical, civil, electrical, and mechanical. A complete list of concentrations offered could be found in the catalog of the campus you choose to attend. Because engineering is a popular major, most schools and colleges have special application deadlines or screening procedures. See your counselor for screening and other specific academic information and the Transfer Center for applications and deadlines. Below are some examples of the courses required for the major. For a complete list see either the Career Center or Transfer Center.
