System Maintenance

The PeopleSoft student information system (this includes MyGCC and schedule of classes) will be unavailable from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 26 due to scheduled system maintenance. Student Email and Canvas will be available.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements are:

  1. No community college teaching experience. Applicants with teaching experience in the following areas are eligible:     
      • Teacher's Assistant
      • K-12 teaching experience

  2. Must be in good academic standing at an accredited college or university

A. General Education Disciplines - Graduate students within one year of completing a master’s or doctoral degree program

B. Career Technical Education (CTE)  - Six years of related work experience and within one year of completing an Associate degree, or four years of related work experience and within one year of completing a Bachelor’s degree

C. Degree Holders - Meet faculty minimum qualifications. GCC Minimum Qualifications List (pdf).
