Open your Outlook Email App and select the drop down menu "Options" underneath your name.
Then select the "See All Options..." link.

Click on the "Groups" option
followed by which group you no longer want to be part of, then the
"Leave" button 

Confirm that you want to leave
Remember you can always rejoin in the future.
