Are you interested in taking Economics 102 Online class?  If so, read one!

Here are the details for what an Economics 102 class entails:

 1.     First and foremost, know that these classes are 8 weeks long, which means that they are fast -paced and demand more studying time per week than a 16-week course.  An Online course means that our time will be spent 100% in a virtual learning environment via Canvas and Skype.

2.     Each course requires interactive real-time weekly online instruction (1hr) via SKYPE, unless noted, to promote interaction among everyone in the course.  During the Skype sessions students will discuss and answer questions based on weekly readings and pre-recorded mini lectures.   In addition, each course requires weekly online self-directed class activities.

3.     Similar to traditional face-to-face classes, these Online classes will also include the usual weekly readings, homework based off of the readings, writing assignments, and exams.
