CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Any class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements may be cancelled. Because the program receives no tax support, each class is contingent upon meeting minimum enrollment. If Community Services Education cancels a class, you will be notified by email prior to when the class was to begin, and a full refund will be issued.
If you want to cancel a class: Requests to cancel a class must be submitted in writing via email at least 5 business days before the start date of the class. Phone messages will not be accepted. A withdrawal fee of $10 per class cancellation will be withheld. There are no refunds beyond this deadline. There is no auditing of classes.
Trips & Tours: Cancellations must be received in writing 5 business days prior to trip departure date and will be granted only if the space is re-sold by Community Services Education. You may send a substitute in your place with prior notice to our office. When approved, refunds will reflect a 20% processing fee per person and any unrecoverable expenses such as lodging, tickets, etc.
Pharmacy Technician, Veterinary Assistant, CMA, Phlebotomy, and Medical Insurance Billing: Cancellations must be received in writing 5 business days prior to first class meeting. A 10% processing fee will be retained by the college.
Ed2go Classes: Refunds are given only if a student notifies our office by email BEFORE the 3rd class date of your online course begins. There are no refunds beyond this deadline.
