Existing Agents/Partners

Contract Renewal may be granted upon an agent’s request when the agent has referred at least two students per academic year. The renewal must be requested two months prior to expiration of the current contract.

If the agency does not enroll the minimum number of students required per contract term, the Agent/Partner must start the process as a new applicant for partnership by providing the required documentations listed in the “Becoming an Agent/Partner” section.

Referral Fees:

Please send the invoice to the gccpartner@glendale.edu two weeks before the end of each semester, and allow two-three weeks for processing of the payment.
Please note that the referred student must have paid the semester’s tuition balance in full in order for referral fees to be paid.

Becoming an Agent/Partner

- Tax Form W-8BEN E (Overseas Agencies)
- Tax Form W-9 (Agencies in the U.S.)
- Proof of Insurance (Translated in English if not in English) - if you do not have insurance, please contact us for our Hold Harmless Contract which may be provided in its stead.

A member of our international recruitment team will contact you with the new contract after reviewing the required documents.
