The Financial Aid Office has converted it's FAFSA/CADAA Workshops to 30 minute one-on-one FAFSA/CADAA phone consultations to respond to students' remote needs. Please use the link below to sign up for an appointment window for your phone consultation. During your appointment window, you will be contacted by phone by a member of our staff to privately discuss your FAFSA/CADAA concerns and questions. Please follow the "How to Prepare" suggestions before your appointment time.
How to Prepare:
Have your FSA ID (https://fsaid.ed.gov) ready at your appointment time.Students without an FSA ID will be asked to reschedule for a later time with their FSA ID. For Help with your FSA ID, please call 1-800-433-3243.
Please have the following documents available during your appointment:
Your SOCIAL SECURITY & IMMIGRATION card.
Your 2018 FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN & 2018 W-2 FORMS from all employers.
Records of your other BENEFITS and/or OTHER INCOME amounts received.
If you are considered a DEPENDENT STUDENT (below the age of 24, not married and have no dependents), you must also bring:
PARENTS’ SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER(S) and DATE OF BIRTH
PARENTS’ 2018 FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN + 2018 W2 FORMS from all employers
Records of OTHER BENEFITS/INCOME amounts received.
