The Financial Aid Office makes available all of the forms that are used in the financial aid application process at Glendale Community College.
Financial aid forms can be submitted in the following ways:
The Financial Aid Office now has a drop box in the lobby for students dropping off documents after hours, or for those students who do not wish to wait in line. Documents will be processed daily. Documents received after hours will be processed the next business day. Documents must be complete, and contain your name and GCC Student ID. Incomplete documents will delay your application for aid. Please keep copies of all of your documents.
You can SUBMIT your completed forms IN PERSON by coming to the Financial Aid Office during our regular business hours.

Incomplete forms will be returned to the student and will result in delays in processing financial aid eligibility.
NOTE: Personal income tax returns, W-2s, and other tax related papers may be faxed to our office. Other documents, including Driver Licenses, Social Security Cards, INS/DHS documents, passports, high school diplomas, and all transcripts CANNOT be faxed in. These items must be brought to the Financial Aid Office where we will make copies of the required items. Incomplete forms will be returned by mail to the student and will result in delays in processing financial aid eligibility.
