Salad of Chopped Romain Lettuce tossed with Kalamata Olives, Pepperoncini, Tomato, Cucumber slices & fresh Feta Cheese. Served with our Feta Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing.
Rustic Sourdough Rolls & Butter
Lemon-Rosemary Grilled Chicken Airline Breast of Chicken marinated in Fresh Lemon Juice & Rosemary then grilled until golden.
Warm Orzo Pasta tossed with sliced Green Onions, Feta Cheese & Fresh Oregano, Parsley and Pine Nuts.

Caesar Salad The classic Caesar, crisp Romaine Lettuce with our homemade Caesar Dressing and garnished with Grated Romano Cheese & Sourdough Croutons.

To help us serve you better, please place all orders seven (7) working days PRIOR to your event (not including weekends and GCC holidays)

    Your event is scheduled for Friday, November 20.
    Veteran's Day, which is a GCC holiday (campus closed)  is on Friday, November 13.
    Catering order must be placed by 4:00 p.m. by  Monday, November 09.

Final guest count is due 48 hours prior to the event date to ensure proper product ordering.

GCC Food Services Catering Cancellation Policy:
Less than two (2) working days prior to the catering event:
    25% charge of the total catering order

Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the catering event:
    50% charge of the total catering order
