There are no copiers for adjunct faculty use on campus, so all photocopying and binding
at GCC goes through Duplicating and Printing Services. If you only need a few pages, you can print them yourself in an Adjunct Faculty
Center or in Information Technology Services (ITS) instead.

Send Your Request By Email
Email is the standard way to send a request. Email your request to Lida Markari-Davidian
at lmarkari@glendale.edu and attach the material you need copied along with a completed Duplicating Request Form (Word document).
- Emailed requests take a minimum of 24 hours.
- Keep the center’s hours in mind when you email your request.
- You will only hear back if something is wrong with your request, so don't wait for
a reply.
- Call 818-240-1000 x5319 if you have questions about a request.
Bring Your Originals In Person
You can also drop off a photocopy request in person at Duplicating and Printing Services,
AD 252. Bring a printout of your document and fill out a Duplicating Request Form,
specifying number of copies, whether to staple, color of paper, etc. Blank forms are
available on site. Allow 24 to 48 hours for duplication, especially for large orders.
Picking Up Your Copies
Pick up your copies at Duplicating and Printing Services a day or two after sending.
If you are on campus after Duplicating and Printing Services closes, you can ask for
copies to be delivered to your campus mailbox (AD 147).
Garfield Campus
You can have copies made without leaving the Garfield Campus, even though Duplicating
and Printing Services is on the Verdugo Campus.
Email Your Request, Marked For Garfield Campus
Send your original along with the completed Duplicating Request Form to Lida Markari-Davidian,
as described above. In the subject and body of the email, note that the copies are
for Garfield Campus.
Copies are delivered to the Garfield Campus once per day, usually in the morning,
so allow a little extra time. Deliveries are placed on the duplicating shelf on the
right side of the mailroom.
Use The Duplicating Box In The Mailroom
This method can take up to a week for copies to come back to the mailroom, so use
it only when you are not in a hurry.
You can also print a hard copy and paperclip it to a Duplicating Request Form. Blank
forms are available in the mailroom. Then place your request in the duplicating box
in the mailroom.
Printing A Few Pages Yourself
If you just need to print something, you can use the computers in an Adjunct Faculty
Center or in ITS. Contact John Fuhrmann at jfuhrman@glendale.edu to obtain door codes to the Adjunct Faculty Centers.
- Verdugo Campus: the Adjunct Faculty Center in SG 140 (San Gabriel building), the adjunct offices
on the second floor of the San Rafael building (SR 236, 239 and 240), or the computers
in ITS (LB 113)
- Garfield Campus: MP 227A or TR 202
The Adjunct Faculty Centers limit the size of printing jobs (currently to 4 pages),
so send larger jobs to Duplicating and Printing Services.
