kognito is a training program that provides simulations and practice opportunities in conversing with a distressed or disturbed student.

Here are the instructions to create an account:

1. Go to www.kognito.com/ccc

2. Click on the link at the top of the sign-in box that says “Don’t have an account?  Click here.”

3. Fill in the information below

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Re-enter Email Address
  • Chose Password (use only numbers and letters.  Do not use any special characters like !, -, +, /, *, etc…)

4. Click the “Next Step” button

5. Please type in, then select, Glendale Community College in the top field box start to type the school name and GCC should come up.  Click on Glendale Community 

6. Fill in All the remaining information and click the Next button

7. Click the orange “Done’ button.  This will end the account creation process and loads the “Course Carousel”

After the account creation, choose the desired training and click on the course and hit the “Launch” button.  You should be able to start online training.
