You will need three (3) things before filling out the Membership Application:

1. Your GCC email 
2. Our Chapter number is 76
3. The last four (4) digits of your social security number
   Now you are ready.

To complete the membership application:

1. Select the link provided above
2. Complete the fillable application
3. 'Save As', name the file "Your name CSEAMembership"
4. Email it to the CSEA Treasurer, Patrik Namagardi  Email: pnamagardi@glendale.edu
