The Business pathway is ideal for students majoring in Business. If you are unsure if you will need to take MATH 103E or MATH 112 for your major or educational objective, please check with a counselor.

All students are eligible to start this pathway by enrolling in Math 112+ Calculus for Business with Support. However, you may be eligible to enroll in Math 112 Calculus for Business. Math 112 and Math 112+

Math 112 Calculus for Business is a transfer-level course in calculus for business, management, and social science majors. Topics in this course include: techniques of differentiating, maximum-minimum problems, curve sketching, derivatives and applications of exponential and logarithmic functions, techniques of integration, and simple differential equations.

Math 112+ Calculus for Business with Support is a transfer-level course that covers all the topics found in Math 112 along with a built-in support lab component. In this support lab, students will review algebraic concepts needed to succeed in Calculus.
