This certificate is designed for students who are interested in a broad knowledge of business. Students completing this certificate are interested in working in a medium or large business environment.

The Certificate is granted to students who have completed at least 12 semester units of the required courses at Glendale Community College. All courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better, or a “P” grade.

Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this program, students will be able to examine the key functions of business including finance, management, human resources, and marketing from respective courses; integrate knowledge from various business disciplines to develop strategic solutions for complex business problems and scenarios; and develop interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills necessary for effective collaboration in diverse business settings.
