I am a free-flowing and adaptable professional with a doctorate in Organizational Psychology. My sociology studies have included research on racial inequities, disabilities in the work place and gender and sex. My business/organizational studies are primarily in organizational strategy and marketing. Additionally I have had a 9 year career as a public speaker and advocate for Sickle Cell Disease Awareness.

Educating adults is crucial to ensuring we have a society that treats its citizens with respect and empathy. Although I take education seriously, I utilize humor and find opportunities to make the content relatable. It's an honor to serve the students at Glendale Community College and I hope to make a positive impact in their academic journeys.
