Loss of CCPG Appeal

Use the Student Forms Login link in the Quick Links box on the right side of this page to access StudentForms.

• Log in using only your student ID number. Do not include "GCCS\" before your student ID number (example: use username, not GCCS\username).
• If you are having issues logging into the GCC Portal, please contact the Help Desk at 818-240-1000 x4357 for assistance.

Once you're logged in, use the menu on the left side of the page to navigate to the Needs Action page.

On the Needs Action page, click the Manage Request button, located in the upper-right corner of the page.

Pay attention to the Award Years

• Note which column (left or right) contains the award year you're looking for.

Locate the request type titled Loss of CCPG – [Term of Appeal]

• Ex: Loss of CCPG – Fall
• Click the + sign for the appropriate academic year. If you are unsure which + sign to select, review Step 4.

A pop-up window will appear. Confirm that the title displays Loss of CCPG – [Term of Appeal] - [Academic Year]

• Ex: "Loss of CCPG – Fall – 2026-2027"
• Provide an explanation for your request.
• Click Submit to initiate the form.

Open the requested Loss of CCPG form.

• Follow the instructions on the form.
• Upload all required supporting documentation.

Important

• Once your form is complete, click Submit to finish the process.

After review, the Financial Aid Office will determine whether additional action is needed and continue processing your financial aid eligibility.
