Online Counseling is a web-based service which allows students to connect with an academic counselor online and complete many of the services available during an in-person counseling meeting.

Online and in-person drop-in counseling is very limited at this time and may close early to help ensure students in the queue are seen.

There are two online counseling options, both using the Zoom application:

  • Online Counseling Appointments
  • Online Counseling Drop-in
Please contact the Academic Counseling front desk staff to help you connect with a counselor for an appointment: (818) 240-1000 ext. 5918 or zoom. Before you log into your session, please review the online meeting requirements and the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Protection. Please make sure you have activated and use your GCC email account (username@student.glendale.edu), as all online counseling communications are sent to this account.
Prospective students (without a GCC student ID#) will need to contact the office for a phone/email drop-in counseling session).
