Jump Start is an early college enrollment opportunity, allowing high school students to take college classes at Glendale Community College while still enrolled in high school.

Dual Enrollment is an early college enrollment opportunity allowing students to take college classes. Take a free college class online and earn college and high school credit at the same time.

Any high school student who can benefit from advanced scholastic or vocational work (a college degree applicable class). The student must be making satisfactory progress towards a high school diploma. The college may restrict admissions based on age, grade level or assessment.

Students who take Jump Start and Dual Enrollment classes will get to experience college while still in high school. Students have expressed that they feel comfortable attending college after high school graduation. Students benefit by getting ahead in college credits.
